I have been fortunate to represent agents with Owlwood Estate since my first full-time position at a PR agency in 2016 –– where we book-ended the sale by representing listing Ann Dashiell at Douglas Elliman and representing buyer’s agent Adam Rosenfeld at Mercer Vine (*Mercer Vine is no longer around). The property was sold for $90M in 2016, and after putting together development plans, Adam Rosenfeld re-listed the home for $180M.
This trophy estate has been in the media spotlight for decades where it claimed to have housed some of Hollywood’s elite over the years, from actor Tony Curtis to the famed music duo Sonny & Cher and where Beyonce and Jay-Z held a party.
