PR CAMPAIGN STRATEGY
Wicked+ orchestrated a four-month media relations campaign on behalf of Aaron Kirman of Aaron Kirman Group at Compass and The One Bel Air, a compound originally on the market for $295 Million. Split into three phases, Wicked+ collaborated with Relevance International representing Concierge Auctions and Society Group PR representing co-listing agents Branden and Rayni Williams of Williams & Williams Estates Group at The Beverly Hills Estates to publicize the auction and generate worldwide exposure of this listing, the largest and most expensive private residence in the world at the time. Phase I involved creating a unified message and a ‘buzz’ about the exclusive compound coming to auction. Phase II was pivoting the auction date to back two weeks and highlighting the home via broadcast media the week of the auction. And, Phase III was securing an exclusive interview with Wall Street Journal post-auction, followed by additional international exposure on the resulting sale, including who the buyer was and the final auctioned price with media who inquired.
